運轉(zhuǎn)，防止燒壞密封部件。
Before the pump is started
for first time．the screw plug at the top of the pump body must be removed and the
pump bodv must be filled up with water．Operation
without water filled upinto the pump body is forbidden．
4．1.5點觸發(fā)電機，檢查電機的轉(zhuǎn)向是否與泵體上轉(zhuǎn)向標(biāo)記一致。
Switch on the motor for an
instant．Examine
whether its revolution direction is same as indicated on the pump body．
4．1.6若采用軟填料密封時，在起動前應(yīng)適當(dāng)擰緊，以自吸時不漏氣為原則。
If soft filler seal is
employed，tighten
the filler sufficiently before starting the pump．to
avoid air leakage during seN-sucking．
4．1.7水泵起動后，自吸時間一般≤4分鐘，在規(guī)定轉(zhuǎn)速下4分鐘未出水，應(yīng)停機檢查。
If no water is discharged after four
minute’s operation at rated speed，stop the pumpandexamineit．
4．2運轉(zhuǎn)中注意的問題precaution during operation
4．2.1泵開始排水后逐漸調(diào)節(jié)出口閥，直至達到規(guī)定的出口壓力為止。
After the pump．begins to discharge watet
adjust gradually the outlet valve until the Specified outlet pressure is
reached．
4．2.2若采用填料密封填料不得壓得過緊，泵起動后填料適當(dāng)松一些。待運
轉(zhuǎn)一段時間后逐漸壓緊，至泄漏成滴狀為止。
If filler seal is employed，the filler should not be
pressed too hard．After the pump is started,the filler
should be loosened sufficiently．When the pump has been operated
for a period of time；the filler seal can be pressed gradually
until the leakage appears as drops．
4．2.3泵應(yīng)保持在制造廠推薦的允許流量范圍內(nèi)運轉(zhuǎn)，此范圍一般為額定流量的50％至120％,注意不要在出口閥關(guān)閉的情況下長期運轉(zhuǎn)。
Quantity of flow of the pump．should be kept within．the allowable extent recommended by the manufacturer．This extent is generally 50％to 120％ of the rated quantity of flow．Take care that
the pump Can’t be long operated with the outlet valve turned off．
4．2.4注意軸承的溫升，軸承外表面溫度不應(yīng)超過75℃，軸承溫升不超過35℃。
Take care of the temperature
rise of the bearings．Surface temperature of the bearings should not exceed 75℃，while the temperature rise should not exceed 35℃．
4. 2.5停車后應(yīng)關(guān)閉出口閥。在運轉(zhuǎn)中如遇突然停電，則應(yīng)先切斷電源然后關(guān)閉出口閥。
After the pump is stopped，the outlet valve should be
turned off.If power supply fails suddenly during operation，the power switch should be turned off first，and
then turn off the outlet valve．
