2.1立式結(jié)構(gòu)的CLLa系列產(chǎn)品可在底座上直接立式安裝。電機(jī)架上部安裝電機(jī)，下部與泵體或底座聯(lián)結(jié)，并開有較大的側(cè)窗口，在不拆卸泵體、泵管路、電機(jī)、電機(jī)架的情況下，可直接卸下中間聯(lián)軸節(jié)，然后將軸承支架、泵蓋、葉輪等整體卸下進(jìn)行檢修，十分方便。

bracket installed the motor,and the lower part link to the pump or the base，and there is a relativity big window at the side， it is conveniently to overhaul the bearing frame，the pump covering，vane whirl and so on，iust direct dismantle the middle coupling，and
dismantle these wholly, without dismantle the pump，pipeline，motor and the bracket．
2．2泵軸采用磨擦副為硬質(zhì)合金(或硬質(zhì)合金對(duì)金屬陶瓷)的機(jī)械密封。當(dāng)輸送介質(zhì)含有較多泥砂時(shí)，旋液分離器將分離出來(lái)的清潔液體引入密封腔進(jìn)行沖洗，以延長(zhǎng)機(jī)械密封的使用壽命。當(dāng)機(jī)械密封有正常的泄露時(shí)，可通過泵蓋上部的接頭接上管路將泄露液引至外面。

grit)．When the
media transferred contain relatively more silt，after
separate and purify,the liquid will be entry the sealed cavity to wash up，then the service life of the machinery sealing in the sealed cavity
will be extend．When there is normally let out of the
machinery sealing，Can link up the line at the higher
part ofthe pump cover to guide out the liquid．
2．3本泵采用深溝軸承或角接球軸承，采用油脂潤(rùn)滑。
The pump adopt deep ditch
ball bearing or angle to contact to ball bearing，alld the oil to lubricate．
2．4傳動(dòng)采用彈性柱銷聯(lián)軸器，設(shè)有中間聯(lián)軸節(jié)，方便拆卸。
Drive adopt elasticity post coupler,and set a middle shaft coupling for conveniently dismantle． |
