Quantity of flow of the pump should be kept within the allowable extent
recommended by the manufacture．This extent is generally 50％to 120％of the rated quantity of flow．
4.2.3注意軸承溫升，軸承體外表溫度不應(yīng)超過75℃，軸承溫升不超過35℃。
Take
care of the temperature rise of the bearings．Surface temperature of the
beatings should not exceed 75℃，while the temperature
rise should not exceed 35℃．
4.2.4停機(jī)后應(yīng)關(guān)閉出口閥，在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中如遇突然停電，則應(yīng)先切斷電源，后關(guān)閉閘閥。
After the pump is stopped，the outlet valve should be turned
off．If power supply fails suddenly during operation，the power switch should be turned off first and then turn off the outlet
valve．
5.1．泵進(jìn)口管應(yīng)裝濾網(wǎng)，以防止堵塞泵體和葉輪，影響正常工作。
The filler should be installed at the inlet pipe to prevent the
non-return valve in the pump body from being blocked by rubbish．
5.2．在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)中隨時(shí)注意是否有異常震動(dòng)、噪聲。
During
operation take care all the time whether extraordinary vibration noise exists．
5.3．泵要長期停止使用時(shí)，應(yīng)擰開底部螺塞，將泵內(nèi)的積水排干凈。
If the
pump is going to be out of use for a long time，the screw plug at the
bottom ofthe pump body should be unscrewed to let the inside water out.
5.4．泵的軸承每三個(gè)月要加注一次黃油。每一萬小時(shí)后檢查軸承滾珠是否有剝落的現(xiàn)象，必要時(shí)予以更換。
Lubricating grease should be added to the bearing of the pump every three
months．The surface of the ball bearings should be examined whether
exfohation occurs after every 10,000 hours of use．Replace
the bails when necessary．
5.5．烈本和泵蓋上的啪侖密封環(huán)掣特次磨捌煸蝕情況，必要時(shí)應(yīng)予以更換。
The
situatiOn of wear and tear and corrode of the seal ring of the valve on the
pump body and the pumP cover should be examined for every year,replace the seal
ring when necessary．
5.6．機(jī)械密封每年檢查一次，必要時(shí)予以更換。
The
machinery sealing should be examined for every years，replace
it wnen necessary．
