5、工作過(guò)程
首先檢查各管路系統(tǒng)的密封情況，然后將工作水管的閥門打開(kāi)一點(diǎn)，使混合室內(nèi)的空氣帶出去，再將吸入管路和工作管上的閥門全部打開(kāi)，使永噴射泵正常工作，再調(diào)至額定工況。
6、全面觀察
(1)檢查所有連接處的密封情況，工作時(shí)不得有滲漏現(xiàn)象。
(2)發(fā)現(xiàn)性能下降時(shí)，應(yīng)檢查吸入段各部分的密封情況，檢查泵內(nèi)部是否有雜物，垃圾積沉或堵塞以及噴嘴是否磨損。
7、保養(yǎng)
(1)水噴射泵在工作完畢后應(yīng)關(guān)閉工作水泵和吸入管路上的閥門。
(2)水噴射泵停止工作后應(yīng)注意內(nèi)部的清潔情況，定期清除里面的污泥、鹽類等沉積物及其它雜物。
(3)水噴射泵長(zhǎng)期不工作時(shí)應(yīng)進(jìn)行油封。

the piping system。then open the valve on water tube a little to vent the air in the
mixing chamber After that，open all the valve on inlet
tube and water tube widely to make the injection water pump operate normally
under norminal working condition。
F、A11 round observation
(1)Check
the sealing condition in all the joinst and connections，no leakage should be found。
(2)if
deterioration in performance is found，check the sealing condition in inlet part and
chedk if there is clog wirhin the pump，or if the nozzle
is worn。
G、MaIntenance
(1)Close
the valve on pump and inlet tube after operation。
(2)keep
the interior of pump clean after stopping，clean the clog such as mug and salt and other
foreign substance。
(3)Oil seal the pump when laying aside fer a long period。 |
