| 五、拆卸、裝配、油封及拆封須知
8、拆卸
在檢查或修理泵內(nèi)部時，拆卸過程中必須記下噴嘴和泵體之間的墊片厚度。
9．裝配
(1)裝配前所有零件必須清洗及擦凈。
(2)裝配時噴嘴和泵體之間的墊片厚度應(yīng)與拆卸前相同。
10、油封及拆封
(1)長期不使用時需進(jìn)行油封。
(2)油封時必需將泵的各個零件擦干后，所有加工表面應(yīng)涂上工業(yè)用凡士林，泵內(nèi)非加工表面涂紅丹漆，然后將水噴射泵的進(jìn)出口堵塞。
(3)拆封時取下泵進(jìn)出口的堵塞物，用浸有煤油的棉紗將工業(yè)用的凡士林擦凈。

I, Oil
sealing and sealing off
(1)Pump
must be oil sealed wheu laying aside for a long period.
(2)In oii
sealing, first dry up a11 the parts, coat a11 the finishing surfaces with
vaseline and coat red lead paint for those unfinishing surfaces inside, then
plug the inlet and outlet of the pump.
(3) In
sealing off, take away the plug, clean it with vasoline by oil-sucked cotton.
