⑤In
the wintertime, when meet the difficulty of starting the diesel engine, pull
out the rubber plunger of diesel engine, pour into 2CCL/O and stopper.
Note: Should the
stopper move away, the ash will be inbreathed by the diesel enging, induce the
diesel engine damage.
3)Operation
of the vane pump:
①Keep running Without
loading 2-3 minutes after starting (except for emergency) , move the timing
control handle in the low mark to increase the
speed of the diesel
engine. In this moment, push the handle of the vane pump in the direction
departing from the diesel engine, to fasten the V-type belt in order to drive
the vane pump.
②It express that the
guiding water have finished when there are spraying in the discharge opening of
the vane pump, meantime the pressure risen abruptly indicating in the pressure
meter. Slowly opening the discharge valve, there will be spraying from the gun
of the water hose.
③Resetting the guiding
water pump handle, stop the guiding pump and shut off the plug valve of the
guiding pump in the same time.
4)Rurming
work:
①In the period of running
work, must adjust the water scale of the switch for the water distributor as
per the needs, to ensure the water pump works in the operating condition
required.
②lnspect and put attention
to whether the diesel engine in working order, otherwise, stop and debar
faults.
5)Stop
diesel engine:
Before stop the diesel
engine, push the timing handle in the low speed for 2-3 minutes and put the
timing handle in the stop location scale, then push the F.O. switch in the
location of‘S ' (i.e. Shut off)
Note: Must decrease loading
gradually before stopping the diesel engine, otherwise the temperature rise
singularly..Don't use the decreasing pressure handle to stop.
①in the condition of diesel engine using
infrequently, must start 2 times every month, keep run with loading for 10-20
minutes each time to insure it can be operated in working order when emergency.
②After work over, the
suction pipe, discharge water hose, water distributor and direct current water
gun remove, airing, tidy up and place in the ventilated location, check
frequently to keep good condition.
③After the water pump
touching the sea water and stop using, drain all remain S.W. inside, wash with F.W.
ot reduce the rust in the surface.
④After using the water pump
in the wintertime, must open drain faucet, drain all remain water inside to
avid freeze up.
⑤Must inspect frequently connecting
fasteners in all location to avoid loose.
⑥Maintain of the diesel
engine as per'Diesel Engine operating instruction'.
