拆卸：
1、關(guān)閉出12：1閥，打開放水塞和排氣塞以排空水泵中的水；
2、拆除泵上所有輔助管路；
3、拆除聯(lián)軸器防護罩；
4、松開并拆下密封蓋；
5、松開法蘭螺釘，用起蓋螺釘將泵體和泵蓋分開，用起重機吊起泵蓋；
6、軸承為稀油潤滑的，放掉稀油；
7、拆下軸承體和泵體的連接螺栓．松開非驅(qū)動端軸承蓋螺母和連接螺栓；
8、將軸承體退出凹槽，并將轉(zhuǎn)子吊出泵體，平放在安全的地方進一步拆卸；
9、拆下非驅(qū)動端軸承的軸承體；
10、松開并拆下圓螺母；
11、從軸上拆下深溝軸承、軸套；
12、拆下軸承蓋；
13、從軸套上拆下?lián)跛Γ?span

Couplings of
flexible type connect the pump with
the motor directly.
Material:
1. Close the suction and delivery gate valves and drain the pump
by opening the drain plug;
2. Remove any pipes between
additional equipment and the pump;
3. Remove coupling guard;
4. Loosen and push back the seal
cover;
5. Undo flange screws and release
the upper casing half from the lower casing half with the aid of the forcing
screws, remove with lifting gear and store in a safe place.
6. In case of oil - lubricated pumps,
drain off the oil;.
7. Remove the screw connection
between bearing housing and volute casing. Also undo the nuts and bolts which
secure the bearing cover;
8. Press the bearing housing out
of the recesses and lift the rotor upwards out of the lower casing half. For
further disassembly, place securely in horizontal positon.
9. Pull off the bearing housing of the
fixed bearing( opposite the drive end).
